“Erdenes Critical Minerals” State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) invites interested investors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the investing project, construction and commissioning of a fluorite ore processing plant in Bor-Undur soum, Khentii Province.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Project purpose, location, capacity
- Project name: Fluorite ore concentration plant
- Project purpose: To construct and commission a plant that processes fluorite ore and produces high quality acid‑grade fluorite concentrate FF-97.
- Brief Description of the Project Implementer: “Erdenes Critical Minerals” SOE is a subsidiary of the Erdenes Mongol Group and has been engaged in the mining and processing of fluorspar ore since 1973, supplying products to the international market. The company holds mining licenses with a total fluorspar ore reserve of 11.7 million tons.
- Project location: Bor-Undur soum, Khentii Province, within the territory of the “Bor-Undur” Mining and Processing Plant.
- Plant capacity: Processing 300,000 tons of ore per year and producing 81,300 tons of FF‑97 grade fluorite concentrate.
- Deadline for Submission of EOI: Submissions must be sent to the “Erdenes critical minerals” SOE’s official e-mail before 16:00, February 11, 2026. mailbox@ecmm.mn
